viagra approved geneva;”>The case has been adjourned to February 6, pilule 2013 when will be appearing again in court.

Kazinda’s lawyer had initially asked for the accused bail on basis that Kazinda has a poor health and being in prison worsens it but the Judge has refused to grant them their request.

Kazinda is currently being charged for abuse of office, forgery of Permanent Secretary, Pius Bigirimana’s signature, making documents without authority and unlawful possession of government stores.

Last Wednesday Kazinda was confirmed fit for trial by Dr. Fredrick Nelson Nakwagala from Mulago Hospital and as two officials in the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr Kenneth Mugumya, the current Principal Accountant and Grace Naluma, the Human Resource Manager testified against him.

Mugumya testified that he has stayed in the office for only six months but Kazinda has never officially handed over the office because of his prolonged sickness well as Naluma said that she was not aware of Kazinda’s leave which he claims he had informed her about. But she said that she was not aware because he did not pass through the required procedures saying that as always documents concerning leave, promotions concerning workers have to be passed through her office.
