He said this during a press conference today Wednesday.
Lucima emphasized that Uganda has lost many achievers which the government has failed to honor and take care.
“The government has failed to meet medical needs of many significant people in this country which has quickened their deaths to the extent of them dying without even receiving their pensions,” he said.
“We still have Ugandan achievers like; Bidandi Ssali, Anania Akena, Bonface Byanyima, Kirunda Kiva ejinja and so many others who have contributed towards structural and liberty of this country but it looks as if the government is only waiting for their death to appreciate them,” lamented Lucima.
He however said that recognizing these great men and women will help to strongly cement the spirit of Patriotism among the members of this country.
