The State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Okello Oryem last week dismissed the UN group of Experts report that Uganda is supporting M23 rebels in Eastern Congo saying that it was made by partisan members who only aim at destabilizing the region and ensuring that Uganda’s operations in Congo fail.
