Kayanja has also appealed to the parents to give much time to students to relax and have final touches and to exempt them from serious home queues because they need to be psychologically, physically and emotional stable so as to sit for the exams in a good way which enhances best performance.
He, however, condemned malpractices, saying such tendencies endanger the value of education in the country.
“Smuggling of exams and chits into examination rooms should be condemned and should not be indulged into by any good student, parent and teacher with good integrity so as to better the education system of our country,” he said.
