He said this during a press conference at the Party’s headquarters in Najjanankumbi on Monday.

“These murderers dig a hole through the wall of a person’s house, they enter and kill everyone and after collect their blood. One wonders: are these sacrifices or it is to instill terror and fear in the country? Surprisingly there is no prompt response from the security personnel,” he added on.

Toterebuka commended the government for investigating the assailants and give a comprehensive statement to the people. “In just one month 15 people have been killed,” said Bamwenda.

“How can we be celebrating 50 years when innocent people are being slain in their houses and others burnt?” he asked.

On October 10, fire gutted a security house at Bulange Mengo, the administrative Seat of Buganda Kingdom leading to death of three people and other five hospitalized.

He said that Government must take responsibility and show civility. “If there is no compliance, we will continue talking until they take action on it,” he added on.

A spate of murders has hit Central region with President Yoweri Museveni directing police to take action to restore sanity.
