On the other hand, Waters FC pleaded guilty of intentionally taking part in the same illegal competition and an ultimatum given up to today to make a written declaration denouncing their earlier position of playing in both competitions.
Failure to comply with this directive, Waters FC will joins Maroons FC as the second club to be excluded from the FUFA Super League.
According to the official report filed to FUFA by the Disciplinary Committee chairman Council Ojok Geoffrey Odur, SC Villa and Victors distanced themselves from the sides that featured in the non-league matches being organized by one Kavuma Kabenge.
Article 76 (4) of the FUFA statutes as amended, states that no player, official, referee, licensed agents or member of FUFA shall participate in any football competition not authorized by FUFA.
The Disciplinary committee will however have to set a new date of hearing for Masaka LC and Express FC who also participated in the same matches. Ojok says the two clubs did not receive the earlier sent summons.
