The injured include; Tito 20, a resident of Spier Road, Faizo Maganda, 24, Bugembe, Herbert Mateya, 23, Lugbara a tailor in town, Yusuf, 28, a resident of Nakibizi in Buikwe, and Simon Kasirye, 38, of Jinja.

According to an eye witness, fire started from Yasin’s shop and spread to Igaga’s shops – both dealers in spare parts, batteries, Oil among others.

Police said investigations are still under way to establish the cause of the fire.
