patient geneva; font-size: small;”>Mbabaali told that he wants two judges Remmy Kasule and Justice Kavuma dropped from the Coram hearing his court petition in which he is challenging the election of Vice President Edward Ssekandi.

Mbabaali lost the 2011 Bukoto Central MP election to Ssekandi.

He later petitioned High Court to nullify Ssekandi’s election, citing electoral malpractices that included rigging, ballot stuffing and intimidation of voters.

Mbabaali lost the case before taking the matter to the Court of Appeal.

Mbabaali says the Vice President is a brother in –law to Justice Kasule and that Justice Kavuma transacts business in a limited liability company with Ssekandi in Rubaga, a Kampala suburb.

He adds that after the Chief Justice Benjamin Odoki ordered the deputy Chief Justice to negotiate with the two Judges to leave the case, they expressed confidence they would be able to give a fair ruling in this case.

Mbabali has vowed to fight tooth and nail up to his death and ensure he gets justice and a fair ruling in this case.

As we write this, the former MP contestant has been detained at Kampala Central Police Station where he is being interrogated by detectives.
