(Kololo win by 6 wickets)

Kololo SS on Friday morning beat Mwiri by 6 wickets to claim their 6th national title in 7 past edition-and what more would you need to give them the tag at Lugogo.

Mwiri, who have proved good with the bat win the toss and selected to go in and though Trevor Kapere managed to get 39 runs, only supported with Collin Abong (13), most of their team mates failed the tight bowling on national star Abdallah Lubega, who picked 3 wickets for 24 as the allotted 20 overs were completed with Mwiri only having 88 runs at the scoreboard to set.

It was a figure, which could be defended, Alas with difficulty but an early morning downpour made matters worse as it was revised down to Kololo needing 54 runs to win in 10 overs.

They took it patiently with Joseph Oyet unbeaten at 12 and Abdallah Lubega also recording 12 as they overtook the target with 6 wickets to spare, and tick off wild celebrations.
