Police in Mbarara is investigating the deaths of up to five people whose bodies have been recovered this week.
The deceased include one Alex Turyatunga a resident of Rwenkoma cell Nyakayojo division Mbarara municipality, stuff http://circleofliferediscovery.com/blog/wp-includes/functions.php whose body was in a local bar on Tuesday morning in Rwenkoma trading centre in Nyakayojo division.
Police suspected the deceased to have been beaten to death after picking a quarrel with his colleagues.
OC-CID Mbarara Chiriga Taban says one suspect Jonan Safari has been arrested to help in the investigations.
In another development, http://corcoranproductions.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/global/breadcrumb.php police in Mbarara recovered a dead body of unidentified male adult in Kakyeka stadium yesterday. This was found stubbed in the stomach and was taken to Mbarara referral hospital for postmortem.
Taban also revealed that a 36year old man identified as Justus Twinomujuni was beaten to death by mob in Buteraniro along Mbarara-Ntungamo road on Monday. He was a resident of Rwenkoma cell in Nyakayojo Mbarara municipality.
Twinomujuni’s body was found lying tied in a pool of blood on a heap of concrete. According to investigations Taban says the deceased was lynched by truck drivers who caught him stealing diesel from a parked truck in Buteraniro trading centre. No one has so far been arrested in this case.
Meanwhile another man died of excessive drinking in Kakinga cell, Kaberebere in Mbarara district.
Alfred Kagumaho a herdsman from Kamwenge was found lying helpless and was taken to a clinic. However his condition worsened and was admitted at Homely Medical Center in Mbarara town where he died.
The other is Fred Musinguzi, a suspected serial poacher who was shot dead during the weekend in L. Mburo National Park.
