Col. Besigye's Home Sealed Off By Police


Besigye had threatened to resume the walk-to-work campaign against the government of President Yoweri Museveni today, unhealthy citing poor living conditions of Ugandans, drugs high unemployment rates, violation of human rights, and massive corruption in the public sector.

Despite a stern warning from police, a defiant Besigye had promised his supporters that the walk-to-work protests would resume today.

He further intimated that his son Anselm was willing to join him during the political activity.

Sources in police say Besigye could have escaped from his home and is now hiding in the heart of Kampala city to lead protests.
