Golola, as he usually threatens, will simply “chew and swallow” his opponent at Kyaddondo Rugby Grounds in Kampala on June 29.
Organized by music promoter Balaam Barugahare a.k.a Sabavulu, the gig will attract top music stars Jose Chameleone, Iryn Namubiru and Julianna Kanyomozi.
Golola’s fans are expected to part with a paltry Shs20,000 to access the venue.
The fighter, whose mere glance can make a woman pregnant, confirmed he will participate in the fight during a press conference held Wednesday in Kampala.
In a bid to boost his morale, a real estate agency, Sema Properties gave Golola four hectares of land. The land title was given to the determined kick boxer today in the presence of Dixon Okello, who will head security at the event.
Golola last December turned into a laughing stock when he succumbed to Hungarian Andras Naggy’s killer punches and deadly kicks, despite threatening to chomp the latter.
Golola of Uganda sustained severe injuries before being taken out of the ring at Hotel Africana in Kampala. He was whimpering in excruciating pain.
Only time will tell if he will survive another fight.
It was also revealed that uncut fights between boxers from South Sudan and Zambia will precede Golola’s fight.
