The vehicle was reportedly stolen in January, according to police sources who preferred anonymity given the sensitive nature of the case.

Ahumuza tried to resist arrest but cops threatened to open fire. He was subsequently handcuffed and detained.

When word went around that Ahumuza had been detained, his friends in Special Forces and other security organs stormed the police station on a mission to rescue him.

However, Police refused to hand him over until investigations into the incident are accomplished. As we write this, police have beefed up security at Nsambya Police Station.

Security agents who want to visit Ahumuza are now being directed to seek permission from IGP Lt. Gen. Kale Kayihura.

The development will shock the born again First Lady who thought she was being guarded by a well trained, honest and dedicated officer.

Ahumuza commands the last security ring of the First Lady at her office, home and during local and foreign trips.

Chimpreports.com has dispatched several investigative Corps to investigate the incident. More details will be posted as they become available.
