During a meeting that he held with the management of the factory, the President promised to support further the development of the factory adding that “the government of Rwanda will be associated with the activities of Quality Chemicals Industry.”
He disclosed that the government of Rwanda will send a team to Uganda to hold discussions with the management of Quality Chemicals Company a number of issues and modalities in order to access the Company’s services.
He said that Rwanda wishes to explore the possibilities of Quality Chemicals Company getting into joint venture with the organization that has already undertaken similar line of activities in Rwanda.
Kagame stressed the need for the East African Countries to join together to complement some of the development issues in order to serve their people better.
Quality chemicals Limited’s Chief Executive Officer Emmanuel Katongole requested President Kagame to help the company access market in Rwanda.
