Haimwomugasho says her client has today been terrorized by thousands of phone calls from relatives and friends who were asking whether she had divorced her husband.

New Vision and Bukedde published the photo on their cover pages in today’s issues.

Other online media outlets have since used the same photo published by the two giant papers.

The revelation could be a huge blow to the credibility of The New Vision group.

“Kirabo was in my office today evening. Her husband has chucked her. She is an ordinary girl who runs a shop in Makindye. Her life has been shattered. New Vision was sold a fake picture,” Haimwomugasho told our news desk in an exclusive interview.

“Kirabo is a Muganda like any other but not the mother of the prince. I am sending an intention to sue New Vision tomorrow morning. The main suit is coming up on Friday. These are papers read by the whole world,” the lawyer added.

While used the same picture, it clearly noted it was obtained from New Vision.

Efforts to reach New Vision boss Robert Kabushenga have ben futile. His known cell phone number is too busy.
