The IGG in June dragged Bukenya to court for reportedly influencing the contract to supply 80 BMW luxury cars and 1,200 police motorcycles for high profile CHOGM delegates.

Anti- Corruption Court Justice Paul Mugamba has today ordered counsel representing Motor Care to ensure the availability of the two directors when trial kicks off on November 25.

Bukenya, who was in company of his wife, denies the allegations. He attributes his woes to the infighting in NRM.
