The lead state Prosecutor Major Raphael Mugisha told court yesterday that investigations in the matter are still underway and asked for adjournment.
Court Martial Chairman Lt Gen Andrew Gutti adjourned the matter to 10th April for mention. The two ladies were remanded to Luzira Prison while Major Kapalaga was remanded to Makindye Military barracks.
Last week, the same court charged Major Kapalaga and Mrs Caroline Kyakabale with fraudulent offences relating to their involving of the Ministry of Defense in an employment contract with a ghost Russian pilot; which they denied.
Prosecution alleges that the trio between October 2005 and January 2015, received money through Barclays Bank in instalments totalling to 2.7billion shillings as salary for the Ghost Russian Pilot.
