Makindye Chief Magistrate Jamson Karemani yesterday released three of four Makerere University students who were arrested in Kampala last week demonstrating to have the university reopened.
The three who were granted bail are Paul Kato, click http://croxtontechnology.com/components/com_k2/views/item/tmpl/item_comments_form.php Edmund Kahigi and Crispus Wasswa. These were freed on a Shs 5million non cash bail and a shs 5 million bond for each of the two sureties they presented.
Meanwhile one of the accused Ronald Ainebyona was denied bail on grounds that his sureties brought contradictory documents with questionable substantiality.
The four suspects on 8th November were charged for holding an illegal assembly and remanded.
Their first attempt on bail was unsuccessful as they presented fellow students as sureties, viagra who were not found substantial by the magistrate.
Hearing of the matter has been fixed to 2nd December and Ainebyonna was remanded until that date.
