The team has already commenced residential training at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole and Bukwo High Attitude Center.


The Ugandan dream team includes Solomon Chemutai, Abraham Kiplimo and Philip Kiplimo in marathon.


Moses Kipsiro, Moses Kibet and Timothy Torotich will compete in the 10,000 and 5,000 metres while Ronald Masagala will feature in the 1500, 800 metres.


Others are Dennis Opio, Ali Ngaimoko, Emmanuel Tugumisiriza, Anthony Okir, Ronald, Vanis Chemutai, Linet Chebet, Winnie Nanyondo, Emily Nanziri, Leni Shidah and Halima Nakayi.


In a related development, the federation also unveiled names of four athletes who are to take part in World Junior Youth Championship in Horiegon, USA.


They are Joshua Cheptegei, Monday Abdallah, Phillip Kipyeko and Stellah Cyesang.


The team leaves on July 16 for the games slated for July 26.
