Heavy Gunfire as Militants Attack Mubende

More Guns in Mubende

Meanwhile, police in Kigando village, Mubende town council on Wednesday arrested three people, who were found in illegal possession of a gun.

The trio was rounded up in a shrine where it had taken the gun for ‘blessings’

“We were alerted by a person who was also inside the shrine that some men had entered with a gun. We responded in time and captured the three me who are now being interrogated at Mubende police station,” Phillip Mukasa said.

The suspects were identified as Moses Sentongo, Ismail Musoke and a one Junior.
