Both teams have not had a chance to win the prestigious tournament but Singo made it to the finals last year before losing to Mawokota.
“The team is in buoyant mood because we have received every necessity from the officials and we shall also count a lot on home advantage,” says Mohamed Ssembatya the Buwekula coach.
Ssingo’s coach Richard Makumbi, is confident his team will not be pushed around.
“It will not just be a walkover for either side. We hope for a bigger challenge but we can still win away from home,” says Makumbi, who doubles as coach for FUFA Super League side, Soana FC.
Buwekula has only one player (Ndawula Geoffrey) from last year’s squad with all the other players new on the team. The team is also counting much on last year’s top scorer, John Musasizi.
