Uganda Premier league Secretariat has released a provisional fixture for the 2016-17 season.
Unlike previous seasons, visit web http://closdescapucins.fr/wp-includes/locale.php the Secretariat has drafted matches for the whole season scheduled to kick off on Friday 19th August through to 19th May 2017.
The fixtures were drawn in line with the Fufa Activity calendar for the 2016-17 season in order to avoid unnecessary postponement. The draft does not show the live matches for the season.
Several teams have changed their home grounds including champions KCCA FC who are returning to their Lugogo stadium, with newly fitted turf.
The Saints FC now under Simba FC management moves the tram to Bombo Barracks as SC Villa switch to Mandela national stadium from Nakivubo.
Vipers SC will use Nakivubo while promoted side Proline FC share the turf with KCCA FC at Lugogo.
Kirinya Jinja SS and Onduparaka will host games at Bugembe and Greenlight respectively.
The venues are subject to change pending completion of Fufa club Licensing process.
Onduparaka FC have been given a chance to host the opening game against Soana at greenlight as champs KCCA welcome JMC Hippos in Lugogo.
