Phase II of the roll-out plan that covers all the remaining 85 districts, will commence in the 4th Week of April 2014 with the Sensitization of key District Level Stakeholders including the District Chairpersons, Resident District Commissioners, Chief Administrative Officers, District Youth Chairpersons and District Community Development Officers.
