193 Passed as UTAMU Holds Second Graduation

Atleast 193 students have Friday been awarded bachelors’ degrees, malady masters’ degrees and diplomas as the Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) held their second graduation.

The number of candidates that graduated this year has doubled in comparison with that of those that were passed on the University’s first graduation in 2015.

“It’s pleasing to note that within four years, view UTAMU has demonstrated its value in the region and made memorable strides towards development, information pills ” said H.E Hon. Dr Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, the UTAMU chancellor.

Dr. Musyoka added that it is without a doubt that graduates can testify that the rigour and quality they have been subjected to meets international standards.

“Our students have attained knowledge, skills and the use of technology at their disposal. I am sure that they are well prepared to tackle the faced challenges and more  that may come their way for we have empowered them to play their part in the development of the country.”

Graduates were encouraged to recognise the tremendous incredible significance of their achievements in making the transition and use it better not only for themselves and immediate family, but for the whole nation.
