Some of the evidence received by the court points to Bakkabulindi attending FUFA Limited’s election last year in Jinja where Moses Magogo assumed in office as President of FUFA.
This was a clear signal, according to court, that Bakkabulindi still supported the Federation which is regarded as an illegal entity as far as Uganda football is concerned.
As he rushed back to court for an appeal, Minister Bakkabulindi denied ever attending FUFA elections in Jinja although he knew they were taking place.
It is said, if the appeal doesn’t materialise, he is likely to pay more than Shs 300m.
