Officials said Summit is expected to be attended by Heads of State and Government from all the European Union member states including the European Council President.


The meeting is running under the theme of “Investing in People, prosperity and Peace.”


The deliberations will rotate around Peace, Security, Investment, Climate Change and Immigration.


President Museveni was seen off at Entebbe International Airport this morning by the Vice-President, Mr. Edward Ssekandi.


Others at the Airport to see him off included the Deputy Head of the Public Service, Ms. Hilda Musubira, the Commander of Air Force, Gen. Sam Turyagyenda and other senior security officials.
