He pointed out how on several occasions Lukwago he has been denied a chance to meet his electorates who trusted him to serve them.

The said consultative meeting is scheduled to take place in Katwe on Wednesday March 19.
Hon Moses Kasibante, one of the organisers, presented a copy of the letter to the Inspector General Police which was copied to the Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander informing them of this meeting.
Kasibante said that unlike the past meetings, this time, nobody will stop them from holding it since they have passed through all the required legal avenues.
Kasibante warned police not to disrupt their rally because they will not just look on as their rights are violated.
This consultative meeting is expected to be attended by all opposition politicians and leaders both from and outside Kampala.
