He said the plans by the CER Group to establish a coffee processing factory in Uganda will go a long way to add value for increased incomes.
The President was yesterday speaking at a meeting he held with the Turkish delegation led by Dr. Abdollah Kursad Darcin at State House Entebbe.

The President noted that establishing coffee factory in Uganda for coffee processing is the most important as it not only adds value on the produce for improved incomes but also provides jobs for our youth.

The President urged the CER Group to invest in the upgrading of some of the roads in Uganda using their money which the Government of Uganda can pay back later.

He also encouraged them to compete for the construction of other roads that have got money for the upgrading.

On their interest in oil production, the President told them to wait for the new oil fields or partner with the company that will win the bidding process because they are already late for the bidding.

Dr. Abdollah Kursad Darcin the leader of the delegation said they plan to work with the Ugandans towards economic and human resource development through their plans to invest in the construction industry, oil refineries, construction of modern technology hospitals and the revamping of Uganda Air lines among others.
