They are also faulted for being part of an unlawful society which was banned by police and uttering speech to encourage unlawful society during their meetings.
The accused, through their lawyer Ernest Kalibbala want the case dropped, citing failure by the state to produce the police file to court which they say is wasting their time.
However, Peace Bbiira, the state prosecutor, said the case is still under investigation and that the accused’s file is still with the Director of Public Prosecution.
The Magistrate adjourned the case to May 2 before issuing criminal summons for Muwanga Kivumbi, Ingrid Turinawe and Asuman Basaalirwa who didn’t appear in court.
It appears they arrived at the court premises after the hearing of the case.
