“We started the league early this year in different districts of Uganda like Ngola and Kumi and in those districts, many kick-boxers qualified to the finals that we are hosting this Sunday in Lugogo,” said Hassan Ssekirime, the Uganda Kick-boxing Federation president.
More than 30 kick-boxers are expected to convey in Lugogo for this last event of the year on the Kick-boxing Federation’s calendar.
The Federation is expected to have an assembly next year to assess the previous year’s activities but at the same time, they will be drawing the 2014 calendar.
However, the Kick-boxing Federation has been struggling financially and forging plans of seeking for funds to run the activities.
