”The club released him and he left for Vietnam to try out his luck,” said one of the KCCA officials.

KCCA has been struggling in the absence of their lead strikers, Herman Wasswa and Tonny Odur.

During the time Wasswa had left for trials in Vietnam, Odur had an injury and couldn’t feature for the club.

KCCA performed poorly in a couple of games in addition to a goal drought not until Odur came back before Wasswa.

Meanwhile, SC Victoria’s duo; Ali Kimera and Noah Ssemakula are in Vietnam for greener pastures.

However, a SC Victoria University official refused to give a comment about the players’ travel to Vietnam but instead said tha ”those players do still belong to SC Victoria University and that is all”.
