The FDC official made the remarks while speaking during a political talk show on Voice of Kigezi radio in Kabale Municipality.

He added that FDC is strong enough to even takeover presidency in 2016.

“Our objectives are ensuring the rule of law and to ensure that the three arms of state play their roles well. We shall use these standards to win majority support.”

Sabiiti and Ruranga were great supporters of Nandala Mafabi in the controversial FDC presidential elections that sparked unrest in the opposition party.

Sabiiti denies allegations that he is about to leave FDC soon.

“I am one of the founders of FDC and will never leave it anytime. We shall take over leadership someday.”

Sabiiti said that FDC will improve its coverage by establishing committees at the grass root levels.
