It is alleged that Kyomukama intentionally prevented a one Edson Namanya, a F.4 candidate, from sifting for his final exams yet the student has no debts with the school.
In a letter issued by the Rukungiri District Education Officer, Ernest Baraibusya dated 15th November 2013 and seen by Chimpreports, indicates that a complaint was registered in his office by the director of Buyanja Trinity College that Kyomukama stopped Edson Namanya from doing exams from his centre where they registered their students.
Each candidate was paying 110,000 shillings for feeding and using school facilities during the examination period on top of registration fees.
It is alleged that Edson Namanya was denied the biology practical paper after being accused of misbehaviour.
The same letter notes that disciplinary measures like de-registration of the school’s centre and refunding of the candidates’ dues could be taken against Kyomukama.
Unfortunately, Kyomukama was not readily available for a comment.
