The President made the remarks on Wednesday evening at a meeting with a delegation of elders and leaders from Ntoroko district that called on him at State House Entebbe.

Mr. Museveni also advised the people of Ntoroko district, especially the youth, to avoid evil acts such as promiscuity, alcoholism and smoking adding that these bad habits expose them to illnesses such as HIV/AIDS, among others.

The leader of the delegation Mr. Zadock Wamara, on behalf of the Ntoroko elders’ forum, thanked President Museveni for the peace and security now prevailing in Uganda, which, he said has brought both economic and infrastructural development in the country.
