prescription geneva; font-size: small; line-height: 200%;”>The fans again turned up in big numbers for the FUFA Big League match but they left feeling miserable as the home side again disappointed.

The Saints lost their first home game 1-0 to Baza Holdings and the fans were consoled by the point earned and more feisty effort by the home team especially in the second half.

Farook Kawooya, Umar Mulumba, Nicholas Odongo, Julius Madepi and Morris Karomonez all fluffed good chances as Gulu stood their ground for another away point in two days. Gulu on Thursday held Mutundwe Lions, another Kampala side to a 0-0 draw.

The Saints next travel to Lweza who overcame Artland 2-1 at Kajjansi. The Saints can hope to have their striker Alex Kitata (out since October) back in time for Lweza as they aim to overcome a goal drought that has seen the team manage one goal in three games.

The Saints are clearly missing Rashid Kiyini who has been sidelined by knee trouble and has not featured this season and Kitata who is recovering from a stress fracture in his deadly left foot.

In other games played on Saturday:

Lweza 2-1 Artland

Saints 0-0 Gulu Uni

Kumi 0-0 Ngorra Fredda

Busia 0-1 Kirinya Jinja SS
