According to Odeke, http://cienciaaldia.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php he still demands some payment from the previous fight with the Iranian fighter Abbas Nassab and vowed not to fight unless he is paid.
“’The fight could not go on because i still demand some money from my promoter,’’ added Odeke.
However, Emmanuel Mwesigwa, the fighter’s promoter, refuted the allegations, saying Odeke was not in good condition to fight.
‘‘We have postponed the fight till early November, just because Odeke is not okay and needs more time to rest,’’ explained Mwesigwa.
The promoter therefore noted that Fred Muhumuza will now take on Kenya’s Patrick Amote who was defeated by Uganda’s Zebra Ssenyange last year.
The 23-year-old heavy weight pugilist who has 3 wins and 3 knockouts in his last three fights was last month floored by Iranian fighter Abbas Nassab after 6 rounds in a fight organised at Kati Kati restaurant in Kampala.
