Seven players from St Mary’s Kitende and Standard high Zana were scouted in the just concluded East African Secondary Schools games in Lira

If all goes well for the selected players, they will join other Ugandans who feature for Gor Mahia including Daniel Sserunkuma, Israel Emuge and Ivan Anguyo).

However according Stephen Ochiel the chief scout at the Kenyan team, the seven selected players will have to first join the club’s junior side before graduating to the senior team in the mean time.

If all goes well, the players will join other Ugandans including Daniel Sserunkuma, Israel Emuge and Ivan Anguyo who ply their trade for the Kenya Premier League.
