Only 22 made it to the finals ahead of the last pageant today at Kampala Serena Hotel.
Miss Uganda in partnership with Redd’s in June unveiled the ladies who have made it to the finals of the pageant, following the success of four regional pageants in Lira, Mbarara, Masaka and Jinja and national pre-selection.

The four regional queens; Judith Acayo – northern, Anita Kyarimpa – western, Stella Nantumbwe – Central and Margaret Iwanu – Eastern Uganda have already sailed through to be among the top 22 finalists.
Redd’s Brand Manager-Dorothy Muttu said that this year’s Miss Uganda pageant is bigger and better and further raises its profile to world class standards and to attract participation of more eligible ladies for the pageant.

The Miss Uganda runner up will take shs1m while the second runner-up will go home with shs500,000 in addition to various prizes.
