Invitations have been extended to teams in the neighbouring region and we have also widened participation to teams from far flung nations such as Malawi, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Madagascar who showed interest during the recently concluded continental club championships in Madagascar and Libya.

On the local scene invitations have been extended to the top performing premier clubs most of which are participating in the national league.


Men: – SPORT S, NEMO STARS, KCCA, MULAGO, GULU, Old Kampala, COBAP, SKY and two teams from the hosting club


Women: – KCCA, SPORT S, NEMO STARS, NDEJJE University, NKUMBA University and two teams from the hosting club


Burundi: – (Men) Rukinzo, Muzinga (Women) Muzinga


Kenya: – (Men) Prisons, Administration Police, Mt. Kenya University, GSU (Women) Prisons, Pipeline, National Water, KCB


Rwanda: – (Men) KVC, APR, INATEK, Rwanda Youth, National University of Rwanda (Women) Rwanda Revenue Authority, APR, NUR
