Lubega asserts that Muhangi doesn’t have the land title of the bus park and therefore should cease collecting money from this area.

However, Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson, Idi Ibin Ssenkumbi has said the two tycoons should solve the matter in the Courts of Law.

“We cannot allow their wrangles to be extended to those who are carrying out business within the bus park, so we have deployed police officers to keep law and order so that the traders can do their work without interference,” added Ssenkumbi.

In relation to the above, police and KCCA this morning struggled to chase away trucks that were operating at Arua Park.

According to Peter kauju, Kampala City Council Authority publicist, these operators were given a six months warning to vacate the place but they didn’t put into use.
