She said the Mirinda Miss Teen experience will re-create beach moments in its events, and have more interactive activities. “We want to give the girls the kind of fun they are looking forward to.”

Ms Kizza said Miss Teen embodies the true character of brand Mirinda. “It’s a fun, playful, provocative and smart brand that is loved by many teens. Therefore the Miss Teen contest is the appropriate platform to spot the girl with the likeness of Mirinda which comes in a variety of flavours including; Fruity, Orange, Pineapple and the recently launched Green Apple.”

Through this contest, Mirinda is searching for school-going teenage girls between 15 and 18 years of age. They should be fun-loving, intelligent, and playful. The winner will be a teen who stands for something and is currently doing inspiring work in her school community.

Mirinda Miss Teen judges will be on the lookout for more than just beauty.
