“90 percent of the women are sexually harassed at their places of work by their male superiors by using their authority to force them into sexual intercourse,” he said.
He further noted that several female job seekers, students and house maids have been sexually harassed.
He added that in most times, these women contract sexually transmitted diseases of different kinds which are then transmitted to their spouses putting their lives at risk.
Tugume called upon government to find ways of protecting women in the country against the sexually hungry men.
